Our organization has the capability to deliver high-quality service backed by more than 20 years of industry experience. We operate through an extensive network of agents with expertise in a wide range of procedures and the implementation of international logistics management strategies. This allows us to work independently and expand our territorial coverage for imports and exports to and from the United States, as well as from other countries.
7Seas handles import and export requests from various parts of the world, supported by a broad network of representatives and the use of advanced technological resources. We foster a relationship built on respect, with the ability to understand the needs and requirements of the clients who choose us, and we leverage our experience to deliver efficient solutions within the logistics sector.

INTEGRITY
The service we provide goes beyond the simple movement of cargo. We are a human network involved in a chain of actions that begins the moment a request is received and continues through to its arrival at the final destination.
DYNAMISM
In our day-to-day operations, we are driven to continuously improve and update our services. We focus on incorporating new strategies and technologies applied to international logistics.
EFFICIENCY
Timely coordination between our representatives across different territories, combined with the agility to anticipate key conditions for the efficient movement of cargo, allows us to deliver reliable, high-quality services.
Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) are a set of rules established by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) that define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in an international transaction. In other words, they determine who is responsible for transportation, insurance, customs clearance, and costs at each stage of the logistics chain.
Incoterms 2020 Classification
For any mode of transport (air, sea, road, or multimodal):
- EXW (Ex Works): The seller makes the goods available at their premises; the buyer assumes all transportation responsibilities.
- FCA (Free Carrier): Delivery occurs at an agreed location; export clearance is the seller’s responsibility.
- CPT (Carriage Paid To): The seller pays for the main transport; risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
- CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To): Same as CPT, but with insurance included.
- DAP (Delivered At Place): The seller delivers the goods in the buyer’s country, ready for unloading.
- DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded): The seller delivers the goods unloaded at the destination.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller assumes all costs up to the final destination, including customs duties and taxes.
Exclusive to maritime transport and inland waterways:
- FAS (Free Alongside Ship): The seller delivers the goods alongside the vessel at the port of origin.
- FOB (Free On Board): The seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at the port of origin.
- CFR (Cost and Freight): The seller pays for sea freight, but risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are loaded on board.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): Same as CFR, but the seller also provides marine insurance.
